Chemsketch 3d Viewer Button

Marvinview view your molecules marvinview is an advanced chemical viewer for single and multiple 2d3d chemical structures queries reactions and their associated data.

Chemsketch 3d viewer button. You can open 3d viewer by clicking on the 3d viewer tool button near the right end of the upper tool bar. You can activate the interactive mode by ctrl cmd clicking the 3d view lock button.

Calculated properties the status bar reflects the number of compounds present fragment and their combined properties. Just go open it now. By default this is acd8. The menu acdlabs 3d viewer will load the 3d viewer module.

The calculated properties can be inserted into the chemsketch window as a text field. This will place the 3d image into the windows clipboard so that it can be pasted into many things such as ms word or paint programs. Click on copy to 3d at the bottom of the window. On my computer it is off the screen and i have to choose more buttons to get to it.

Or choose the acd3d icon from the startrun menu in the windows 95 or nt taskbar. With the interactive 3d camera view mode you can change the camera or light values according to your movement in the viewer. Or on the startrunmenu in the windows 982000 nt or xp taskbar point to acdlabs and then choose the 3d viewer icon. From the edit menu choose copy.

Click the 3d button at the bottom of the window or draw a structure and click the copy to 3d button at the bottom of the window or if you dont see either of the 3d buttons choose acdlabs 3d viewer from the menu bar. When the interactive mode is on the 3d view lock button turns green.

Acd3d provides additional file saving options from the 3d interface as 3d ole server files or from the chemsketch interface as sketch bitmap or mol files. Click on the chemsketch button at the bottom. The 3d view lock button is red. To copy a structure to 3d viewer return to chemsketch and click the copy to 3d button.
